Simply apply the Heel Balm to the rough and dry heels and thickened skin. Use the HeelBalm in the morning and evening. For best effect, first wash your feet on warm water and dry them with clean towel. Rub the HeelBalm cream in thoroughly.
After applying the HeelBalm in the evening, you can cover your feet with cling film or plastic for the duration of the night. This will improve the absorption of the HeelBalm cream. Removal of the thickened skin could be helped by gentle use of heel rasp or file.
